This wine is dry with high acidity, high tannins and full body. The flavor profile consists of black fruits, again blackberry and black cherry, which is followed by some herbaceous notes and chocolate. The finish is of oak and lasted long on the palate.
We thought this is an excellent wine from the William Hill Estate Winery. The William Hill Napa Valley Bench Blend 2012 is complex, balanced and has a nice long finish, which are all the makings of a great drinking experience.
