Appearance
The wine is clear with medium to deep intense orange color – almost copper like.
Aroma/Nose
The wine was clean with medium intensity aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, mineral and yeast.
Palate
On the palate, the wine was dry, high in acidity with a light to medium body. The flavor profile carried from the nose to the palate with the red fruits, mineral with yeast/bread like notes.
Finish
There was a long finish of a bread-like note on the palate.
Overall Experience
We really enjoyed this Veuve Clicquot Rose Champagne. Found it to be fairly simple when it comes to complexity, but a great, refreshing drinking experience none the less.

Coppery-orange color. Expressive aromas of strawberry and very ripe wild strawberries. A full-bodied, structured, vinous palate which stays fresh. Length and character define this champagne.
