The wine is clear with medium to deep intense orange color – almost copper like.
The wine was clean with medium intensity aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, mineral and yeast.
On the palate, the wine was dry, high in acidity with a light to medium body. The flavor profile carried from the nose to the palate with the red fruits, mineral with yeast/bread like notes.
There was a long finish of a bread-like note on the palate.
We really enjoyed this Veuve Clicquot Rose Champagne. Found it to be fairly simple when it comes to complexity, but a great, refreshing drinking experience none the less.

Winemakers Tasting Notes
Coppery-orange color. Expressive aromas of strawberry and very ripe wild strawberries. A full-bodied, structured, vinous palate which stays fresh. Length and character define this champagne.
