Wine is clear with medium salmon coloration.

Aroma/Nose

Nose comes off clean with medium intensity aromas. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, grape and some mineral are noted.

Taste/Palate

This wine is dry with high acidity and a medium body. The flavor notes carry over from the nose with strawberry and tart raspberry. Very refreshing. The finish is medium in length with minerality.

Overall Experience

The Phebus Rosé 2017 is a good wine in terms of quality. The flavor profile is fairly simple but refreshing. It did not have a long finish. The price point reasonable, but if you can add a few bucks to your wine budget, you can substantially up your rose experience.
