This Paraduxx Ridgeline Vineyard from the Paraduxx Winery is one of the bottles we picked up when we were on our honeymoon. We loved it, a nice full-bodied drinking experience we were able to share over a nice Sunday dinner with lots of rich flavors to complement our slow cooked ribs.
Food – Beef, Lamb, Veal, Poultry – We paired it with some braised short ribs.
Winemakers Tasting Notes
This gorgeous blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon displays rich aromas of fresh-baked berry cobbler and holiday spices, along with subtle notes of oregano and fresh mint. On the plate, it is bold and mouth filling, with rich layers of blueberry and blackberry and intriguing hints of mahogany and spice. Firm, dusty tannins add depth and nuance to long, balanced finish.
