This wine is clear and pale yellow in color.
The nose is clean with medium intensity aromas. Aromas consist of lemon, green apple and mineral notes.
This is a dry wine with high acidity and medium plus body. Lively flavors of green apple and lemon zing across the palate followed by a nutty note. The finish is long and has a nice mineral taste to leave the palate feeling cleansed.
I found the Louis Latour Pouilly Fuisse 2014 to have smooth fruit flavors followed by some pretty distinct non-fruit flavors to give it complexity. With all the flavors mixed in, I found it to be well-balanced as well. Highly recommend giving Louis Latour Pouilly Fuisse a try!

Winemakers Tasting Notes
The Pouilly-Fuissé 2014 reveals a nice and brilliant pale yellow color. On the nose, complex aromas of white flowers and acacia, honey and white fruits. On the palate, it is opulent and elegant. You will find floral notes, almond paste and fresh hazelnut. It is a little spicy on the finish.
