Wine is clear and pale lemon in color.

Nose comes off clean with medium intensity aromas. The aromas consist of floral such as blossom, citrus fruits such as lemon, lime and grapefruit and some grassy notes.

Wine is dry with medium(+) acidity and medium body. The flavor profile consists of mainly citrus fruits like lemon and lime mixed with that subtle grass note we found on the nose. The finish is medium in length with mineral.

Overall Experience

This Josh Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is a good wine overall. The citrus notes are extremely refreshing on the palate. This is very much a typical bright and citrusy Sauvignon Blanc from the Napa Valley region. Not a bad choice for an everyday white wine for the summer.

Food – Shellfish, Salads and light dishes.

Cigar – Tatuaje Skinny Monsters The Jason or Gilberto Oliva Reserva

Winemakers Notes

Bright aromas of lemon, lime and pineapple are the core of this wine with layers of white flower nectar, peach and tropical melon. The palate of the wine is fresh and alive with clean fruit flavors and a perfectly balanced, crisp finish.
