Aroma/Nose

The Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is clean with medium intensity aromas. Aromas of pineapple, passionfruit, lime, grass and mineral all come forth. This wine is youthful.

Taste/Palate

The palate is dry with high acidity with medium (-) body and a medium (+) flavor intensity. Notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and passionfruit are forward followed by a green note of bell pepper. This wine has a medium length mineral finish.

Overall Experience

This Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc 2016 has balance, complexity, and intensity, but the finish could have been a bit longer. This is a very good wine that we recommend to drink now and not suitable for aging.

Pale lemon straw with green hue. Fresh aromas of white peach, fresh green herbs, blackcurrant bush and wet river stones. A lovely rich fruit core of citrus and apple is balanced with fine acidity for a soft yet pleasantly dry finish.
