The wine is clear and pale salmon in color.
A clean wine with medium intensity with bright aromas of raspberry, strawberry and florals.
The profile from the nose transfers to the palate with lively flavors of strawberry, raspberries and roses. This is a dry wine with high acidity and lighter body. There is a slight hint of citrus such as a grapefruit also. The finish is medium in length with some minerality.
We found the Fleurs de Prairie Rose to be a great wine. The nose was pleasant, palate was good and the finish was extremely clean. Great refreshing beach or brunch wine for a hot day.

About Fleurs de Prarie – Source http://www.fleursdeprairie.com/about
“Fleurs de Prairie” translates as “wildflowers,” celebrating the beautiful fields of wisteria, lavender, poppy, and sunflowers carpeting Provence. This wine is sourced from select Provençal vineyards that dot the coastal wind-swept hillsides of the region. The Mediterranean combination of sun, wind, mild water stress, and ocean influence provide ideal conditions for grapes to ripen to the perfect balance of flavor and freshness. This wine is crafted in the traditional Provençal style with a pale salmon color, delicate flavors of strawberry, rose petals, and herbs, and a bright, refreshing acidity. It is made by the family-owned Les Grands Chais de France.
