On the palate, the wine is dry with high acidity, low tannins and medium body. This wine also has medium (+) intensity of flavors. The flavor profile closely mirrors the nose. Flavors consisting of blossom, grapefruit, lemon, strawberry and mineral. The finish is medium (+) in length with the mineral note carrying the profile after the wine is gone.
