Appearance
Wine is clear, bubbly, and a beautiful medium salmon color.
Aroma/Nose
The nose is clean with medium intensity aromas consisting of vibrant raspberry and spice followed by bread-like notes.
Taste/Palate
Wine is dry with high acidity. It is light in body and full of flavor. Very similar to the aromatic characteristics of raspberry, plum and distinct baking spices. This has a long mineral finish.
Overall Experience
A fairly decent wine but for the money there are others out there that have a better profile in my opinion. Beautiful flavors and presentation, but I just did not find as much depth for a wine with a similar price point of a Moet or Veuve.
Pairings
Food – Chicken, Duck, Salmon
Cigar – Gurkha Raja, Nat Cicco HHB Super Premium, Pulita 60 Aniversario or Villiger San Doro Maduro

Winemakers Notes
The wine is elegant and restrained with fresh aromas of plum, raspberry and nutmeg. These aromas follow through on the palate and are layered with subtle and delicate flavors of cocoa powder. The wine finishes with excellent length and richness.
