The Chandon Blanc de Noirs from Domaine Chandon was a good sparkling wine experience. This wine had a nice flavor profile however, compared to their Rosé, I think I would choose the Rosé over this one.

Winemakers Tasting Notes

Chandon Blanc de Noirs is characteristically marked by cherry, currant and strawberry aromas and flavors. These red fruit flavors build in the mid-palate and finish with a soft, lingering creamy texture.
