Aroma/Nose
The nose was full of strawberries and cream, honey dew melon and a slight floral.
Texture/Body
A dry, smooth velvety rosé that coats the palate more so than most rosé’s I have had this summer. Almost a creaminess to it. Similar to the texture of a Fiji water.
Tasting
Sweet strawberries are first to hit the palate followed by ripe green honey dew and a pink grapefruit citrus. It also has a slight floral note.
Finish
Short mineral and steel clean finish to the wine.
Overall Experience
The Meiomi Rose from Meomi Wine was a pleasant rosé. It definitely was unique compared to the others I have had this past summer. The flavors were refreshing and had some complexity to it, which is always nice to keep you sipping on.

Winemakers Tasting Notes
Light salmon in color with just a kiss of pink hue, Meiomi Rosé is delightfully dry with vibrant acidity. The wine opens to delicate aromas of watermelon, orange peel, and subtle hints of rose petal. The palate offers a lush mouth feel with flavors of stone fruit and strawberry with a cool minerality on the finish.
