First scents of cherry and plum followed by a nice vanilla and oak.
Texture / Body
Medium bodied wine with velvety tannins. Definitely a dryer Pinot Noir.
Tasting / Palate
Tastes of plum and strawberry hit the palate mixed with some earthy notes and tartness.
Nice soft well-balanced vanilla oak.
This is a decent Pinot Noir overall. The earthy notes were a little heavier than I generally like but it was a nice change from the typical fruit forward Pinot Noirs out there.
Food – Chicken, Turkey

Winemakers Tasting Notes
Aromas of black plum, cherry, rhubarb and hints of earth and loam. Flavors of red plum, raspberry and blood orange are underpinned by distinctive river stone minerality and savory umami character. Plush and richly textured with juicy, yet balanced acidity and integrated toasty barrel spice.
