This wine is pale salmon in color.
This wine is clean on the nose with a medium intensity of aromas. Aromas consist of red berries, such as cherries and strawberry followed by citrus notes of melon and grapefruit.
This is a dry wine with medium + acidity and a medium – body. The flavor profile consists of citrus like notes of grapefruit and melon along with the strawberry components similar to that on the nose. The finish is medium in length and has plenty of minerality.
Overall, I thought this La Crema Monterey Pinot Noir Rosé 2017 was a good rosé. I would not say it is one of my personal favorite flavor profiles, however it did have a good complexity level to it for a rosé style wine. If you can catch this on sale like I did, it would be a good addition to that light seafood set of apps your serving a group of friends for dinner!

Aromas of Mandarin, PINK GRAPEFRUIT and guava. Flavors of watermelon, STRAWBERRY and blood orange are complemented by undertones of MINERALITY. Delicate, crisp and VIBRANT.
