After Toast:
First third – A real rich earth and pepper kick this stick off with a quick punch to your palate. Really nice wood note mixed in with the earth and heavy black pepper finish once this cigar settles in! Toward the end of the third a nice chocolate note comes forth followed by some leather with the pepper still anchoring the finish. The burn is sharp, and ash fell at the inch mark.
Second Third – Chocolate, earth and cedar kick off this third with that peppery finish lightening up yet still present on the finish.
Final Third – The earth and leather really take the reigns here in this third. Super heavy and rich flavor profile here for a really full-bodied finish. The pepper notes stick the finish!
Suggested Pairing:
Wine – Pago Negralada
Scotch – Glenfiddich 18
Overall Experience:
A great addition to this monster series line by Tatuaje Cigars. The Tatuaje Skinny Monsters Chuck has a beautiful flavor profile with plenty of complexity to make the palate salivate. Loved this full-bodied smoke and recommend it to anyone looking to get into the Monster series.
