After Toast:

First third – Chocolate,  earth and a hard pepper start this cigar. The chocolate and spice mixed with earth rotate throughout the third. Some nutty notes come forth as well here. Leather then kicks in toward the end of the third. Burn is razor sharp. Ash a mid gray.

Second Third – Leather, earth and spice continue into this third. A cedar note comes out at the mid point of the stick. Ash fell at 2.5 inches.

Final Third – Cedar and leather are still the dominant notes, but a light caramel transforms from the spice. Really nice finish to this stick.

Suggested Pairing:

Scotch – Johnny Walker Black – toned down the leather to give the other flavors a chance to come forth.

Wine – Belles Grives Morgon

The Tatuaje Monster The Michael was a great overall cigar from Tatuaje Cigar. Consistent main flavors that are all pronounced and well balanced. A stick I would have again in a heartbeat. A real full bodied experience and would not be a good cigar for beginners. Aficionados will really appreciate this stick. You can pick them up at Prime Cigar Miami!
