Silky-smooth to the touch with a milk chocolate colored wrapper. Minimal veins and slightly visible, but tight seams.


Aroma – Nuts and Chocolate

Cold Draw – Rich Sweet Nutty notes

After Toast:

First Third – This starts off with cedar and cream and a syrupy coffee finish. Some of the nutty flavors noted on the pre draw show up a few minutes after light and is mixed with light sweet baking spices. The burn is slightly wavy and ash held through the third.

Second Third – The cream and cedar remain the consistent flavors followed by the coffee finish. The ash fell right at the beginning of this third. The burn remains wavy.

Final Third – The cedar, cream and nutty notes carry this stick to the end with a real rich coffee finish. The burn remains wavy.

Overall Experience:

A  this Rocky Patel Vintage 2003 Cameroon is a very good consistent smoke with rich flavors to keep your mouth watering between puffs. The profile was consistently complex with rich notes of cedar, cream, nuts and coffee mixed with some baking spice.
