After Toast:

First Third – Notes of cedar kick off this smoke mixed with herbal spices and a leather finish. A few more minutes in, a creamy note mixed with earth followed by spicy leather and pepper begin to become the primary flavor profile of the third. The burn is perfect and ash held on.

Second Third – It transitions to cream and coffee notes with the leather remaining on the finish. The burn remains sharp and ash fell at the 3-inch mark.

Final Third – Cedar and cream kick up on the transition with that nice leather note sitting on the finish with slight spice. The pepper hits the palate hard towards the end of the smoke.
