This Camacho Scorpion Sun Grown is shiny dark brown in color with some big veins and invisible seams. 


Aroma – Cedar and Light Raisin

Cold Draw – Cedar, Raisin and Nuts

After Toast:

First Third – Cedar, spice, vanilla and nuts take the stage to start this stick off. The finish is creamy with some leather like notes. Body is medium plus to start off. The burn is wavy and ash holds through the third. 

Second Third- Creamy vanilla spice like notes and cedar carry into this third. Body turns medium here. The burn remains wavy and ash falls at the halfway point. 

Final Third – The creamy vanilla and spice carry over but the nutty notes come back full force here with the spice and pepper lingering on the finish. Body picks back up to medium plus. The burn turns sharp.

Bourbon – Four Roses Single Barrel

Wine – Carneros Collines Vineyard Chardonnay

Overall Experience:

This Camacho Scorpion Sun Grown is a nice medium plus bodied experience with nuances of cedar, spice, vanilla, nuts and some lingering pepper throughout the experience. Overall a nice smoke from Camacho.
